Ingredients You Will Need for Peanut Butter Brownie Recipe:

 Peanut Butter Brownie Recipe
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup of white sugar
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1-2 tbsp powdered sugar

Step by Step

  • Start by melting our butter and chocolate chips I’m using a double boiler to slowly melt the butter and chocolate chips it helps to make the butter melts faster.
  • Before we add it to everything else just give it another mix it looks nice and glossy.
  • Add 2 eggs to a large mixing bowl and whisk it up until it’s nice and frothy cool so I just like whisking it until it has bubbles on top.
  •  Add 1 cup of white sugar( you can use brown sugar)
  • Add a few drops of vanilla extract and some salt to enhance the flavor.
  • At that point mix all ingredients until it becomes a nice thick cohesive mixture
  • you don’t have to worry about the sugars melting or anything this looks about good and then
  • Add the chocolate mixture.
  • Add the whole thing into the bowl and then mix it all again here it’ll start looking very lava-like and very goopy and that’s exactly what you want for your peanut butter brownie recipe!
  • I like to spread it across the bowl instead of dumping it all at once.
  • This helps aerate the brownies and keeps them from feeling too dense.
  • Throw in some cocoa powder( For that rich chocolate flavor)
  • Be careful not to overmix.
  • It’s like pancake batter—those little lumps will disappear while baking.
Peanut Butter Brownie Recipe swrill better
  • let’s transfer it into our baking pan so whenever I make brownies or bars I always line the baking pan with some parchment paper.
  • now pour it right in and spread the batter to cover the pan. This looks good just make sure the top is nice and smooth.
  • Then add peanut butter my peanut butter is just very creamy and I always use the natural one where it’s just peanuts and salt in the ingredients.
  •  I’m using creamy peanut butter from Costco to sweeten it up and help it hold its structure, I add a little bit of powdered sugar.
  • Artfully dollop the peanut butter mixture onto the brownie batter.
  • Gently swirl the peanut butter into the batter, making sure to get some in the corners.
  • Use a chopstick or a knife to create pretty swirls in the batter, mixing the peanut butter and chocolate just a little. I just like using a chopstick and I use the larger edge and a nice touch in the  peanut butter brownie recipe.

Baking Your Peanut Butter Brownie Recipe to Perfection

  • Bake it off I’m gonna bake it in the oven preheated at 350 degrees for 22 minutes.
  •  once it’s done just make sure to pull it out and let it sit and cool for one hour.
  • Cut and enjoy afterward all right.
  • Let it cool for an hour and look how beautiful just it looks like your pan stays clean.
  • Cut this into nine pieces and our deliciously fudgy peanut butter swirl brownies you will see the gooeyness of the brownies and then the peanut butter on top isn’t super set it’s still soft.

Pro Tips for Making Peanut Butter Brownie Recipe

  • Always remember, when using eggs in baking recipes whether you make cookies, brownies, cakes, etc., always use room-temperature eggs. Room-temperature eggs will mix more smoothly and quickly into the batter than cold eggs, ensuring a perfect and smooth texture for your peanut butter brownie recipe.
  • Want to get the perfect recipe? I highly recommend measuring the ingredients using measuring cups instead of a scale for a more accurate quantity.
  • Mix the brownie batter gently with a spatula to avoid over-mixing.
  • If you apply a double-boiling heating process while melting the chocolate, make sure not to get water in the chocolate bowl. Otherwise, your chocolate won’t melt properly and will turn into hard chunks.
