For the Crust
- 14 whole Chocolate graham crackers
- 1 tbsp Light brown sugar
- 7 tbsp Unsalted butter
For the Filling:
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
For the Topping:
- Melted peanut butter
- Melted chocolate
- Mini Reese’s cups
- Peanut butter chips
Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Make the Crust: Pulse graham crackers and brown sugar in a food processor until finely ground. Add melted butter and pulse until moistened. Press into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10–12 minutes, then cool completely.
Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, and peanut butter until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with remaining powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Combine & Chill: Gently fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture. Pour into cooled crust. Chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours or freeze for 3 hours.
Add Toppings: Drizzle melted peanut butter and chocolate over pie. Top with mini Reese’s cups and peanut butter chips. Serve chilled or frozen.
- Substitute peanut butter with almond butter for a nut-free version.
