Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 cups oats

Chocolate Layer

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 ½ tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
 

  • Prep Pan: Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
  • Heat Peanut Butter & Honey: Melt peanut butter, honey, and salt over medium-low heat; stir gently 2 minutes.
  • Add Vanilla & Oats: Stir in vanilla, fold in oats until fully combined.
  • Transfer to Pan: Spread mixture gently; avoid pressing too hard.
  • Melt Chocolate: Microwave or use double boiler for chocolate + butter until smooth.
  • Top Bars: Spread melted chocolate evenly over oat layer.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Slice & Serve: Lift using parchment overhang; cut into squares or rectangles.

Notes

  • Line pan with parchment for easy lifting
  • Heat peanut butter mixture gently
  • Avoid pressing oat layer hard
  • Chill before slicing for clean edges
