Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice

For the Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 - 3 tbsp pineapple juice

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your Bundt or cake pan with butter and a little flour.
  • In a large bowl, add the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, sugar, and pineapple juice. Beat with a hand mixer for 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the batter into your greased pan. Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the cake sit in the pan for about 10 minutes, then gently flip it onto a wire rack to cool.

Make the Glaze

  • Mix powdered sugar with pineapple juice until it’s smooth and pourable. Drizzle over the warm cake.

Tips

  • Use crushed pineapple in the batter for extra texture and flavor.
You can also use white or pineapple cake mix instead of yellow.
This cake tastes even better the next day!
