- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
For the Cream Cheese Filling
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup strawberry jam
For the Crumble Topping
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup butter
Optional:

Preheat Oven & Prepare Sheet: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make Cookie Dough: Beat 1 cup butter and 1 cup sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Gradually fold in flour, baking powder, and salt.
Prepare Cream Cheese Filling: Beat 1/2 cup cream cheese with powdered sugar. Swirl in 1/4 cup strawberry jam.

Add Crumble: Mix crumble ingredients and sprinkle over cookies.
