Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking pan with parchment paper.
Melt
butter and Biscoff spread
together in a heatproof bowl.
In another bowl, whisk
granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla
until smooth.
Fold melted butter-Biscoff mixture into sugar-egg mixture.
Sift in
flour, cocoa powder, and salt
, fold gently.
Add
optional chocolate chunks or Biscoff pieces

Pour batter into pan and bake 20–25 minutes. Center should remain soft for
