Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Biscoff spread / cookie butter
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • Optional chocolate chunks or extra Biscoff cookie pieces

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter and Biscoff spread together in a heatproof bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Fold melted butter-Biscoff mixture into sugar-egg mixture.
  • Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt, fold gently.
  • Add optional chocolate chunks or Biscoff pieces.
  • Pour batter into pan and bake 20–25 minutes. Center should remain soft for molten effect.
  • Let cool 5–10 minutes before cutting.
