Instructions:

Firstly we start adding dry ingredients take a small bowl and add step-by-step dry ingredients and strain it, here I will add 2 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, ½ tsp of baking soda, and ¼ tsp of salt. Whisk those dry ingredients together and set aside.

Grab a larger bowl to mix up the wet ingredients in this bowl I will put 3/4 of a cup of white sugar half of a cup of milk half of a cup of oil and then add one egg,1 teaspoon of vanilla extract use a whisk and whisk those ingredients together.

Then take your dry ingredients put about half of them in and whisk it a little bit take the last little bit of flour and add that in also it’s important to note that with quick bread you don’t want to over-mix the batter so I used to a spatula for mixing.

Making the Fresh Strawberries For Bread:

As you know we are making strawberry bread with glaze so the main ingredient is strawberry I have here 2 cups of fresh strawberries and I have cut strawberries up into little teeny pieces.
(Now because we don’t want the strawberries to sink to the bottom of the bowl I’m gonna put in two tablespoons of all-purpose flour and then take a spoon and just toss that together just a little bit you don’t need to mix it a lot just coat the strawberries with that flour)

Take the strawberries add them to the bread batter and then use a spatula to fold those strawberries in again you want to be careful not to over-mix that batter mix just until the strawberries are all evenly dispersed throughout the bread batter.
